紧急请教各位大侠，关于EB2和EB3绿卡申请问题；
各位大侠好；
我今天跑了一趟USCIS的地区办公室询问我2007年七月28日提交的I-140和I-485申请。

我的排期是2007年七月28日，即I-140得提交日，他说当前排期是2007年四月，我还
得等多几个月，
[1]。 我在美国有2002年美国工科硕士学位，可是为何我们公司把我归类EB3而不是
EB2？？是公司人事不粗心大意？？
[2]。再问EB3比EB2申请绿卡晚多久？？
[3]。可以现在更改我的EB3 成为EB2 吗？？
请问如何改？？
