DOL temporary stop issue prevailing Wages, is it true

I was informed by my lawyer that they received a notice from DOL about temporary stopping issue prevailing wages because of their busy preparing for a lawsuit. And my lawyer said that they didn't mentioned when they will restart issue the prevailing wages. anybody has the same info? And can someone help to get the notice?
