485pending很长时间了，中间也换了几家公司（是140 approved，485又等了6个月后），现在排期终于到了，收到一个RFE。其中一条：
Submit a currently dated and original letter from your permanent employer that specifies date(s) of employment, your current position, proffered wage, job site/location, and that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist.
其他都还好说，就是最后这个the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist不知道怎么解决，现在的公司跟原来公司没有什么关系，
在不同的州，不同行当，当然我的title, job responsibilities基本相似，
-Fine. As long as your new job is still in the same/similar area as the old job (not need the same title or responsibities), you will be OK.
不过估计让现在公司的人事部说terms, conditions跟原来petition一样不太容易。
想请问老师如果我能让HR提供一封employment verification letter其他所有点都有，是否可以？
-Yes, that is the RFE wants. The EVL should include the date you began to work for this employer, your job title, job resposibilitis, salary, etc. and indicate that although this position is at will, it is permanent (or say it has indefinite term and Mr. XXX (you) has the expectation to be employed continually), etc.
如果不够，再加上job responsibilities是否可以？
是不是一定要这句话”the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist."
-Not need. It means: term = the posiiton is permanent or has unlimit term; Conditions = your new job in the same area as old job. So, as long as you address these pointsa in the EVL, you are fine.
还想请问，写这封EVL, 处理这个RFE还需要注意什么事情？很着急，请老师多多指点！
