J1 waiver 到底有多难？J1 vs. H4?

人太锉，大家别笑话。现在只有一个 offer，只能办J1。想一咬牙，一跺脚就去了算了，又怕这个 waiver 太折腾，还不知道要等多久才能批，能不能批也是个问题。大家说是 J1 工作，还是先搞成 H4 再慢慢找工作呢？
