I-485邮寄地址问题

我在加州，eb1a的140通过efile在TSC批了，现在在准备485了。

按照485的介绍如果是 pending or approved I-140的，485根据住址应该寄到Phoenix Lockbox。但是在140的approval notice上写的mail to this service center.我应该寄到TSC。另外很多帖子都说，你的140是哪里批的，485就寄哪，有些还是律师告知的。
