-No. Try F1, B1 visa. If she can't get it, use the H4 visa to leave China and tell the CBP officer at the port of entry whether she can get the B2 I-94/status to enter US and if one of these works, she will be absolutely safe and can file I-485 about 3 months later after she enters US.
