回复：请教8老师及皮匠老师：H1B transfer 问题

本人H1B在A公司，同时I140批准了有近1年。现想去B公司，而且已经提交H1B transfer 申请。请问：

1 我是否现在就去B公司工作。

-Yes.

还是15天后，等Approve后再去。

2 Transfer apdroved 后，我还能不能在A公司工作？

-Yes.

3 我如果加入B工作公司，原I-140应该作废了吧？

-Yes unless you will come back to work for that "A company" at the same position.
