NO U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at airport when retu

I am a H1B and planning to go to Canada. I will return to Columbus, OH from Toronto, CA by air. But I did not recall there are US immigration and customs officers at Columbus airport as in Chicago or Detroit. So that means I cannot take that travel plan and must return to a city with USCIS installed airport, such as Detroit, then tranvel back to Columbus? Thanks.
