诚恳请教
现在在美F-1 身份，已获得 US Master学位，正准备交I-140.如果交了 I-140，是否就有了移民倾向?
如果我去Canada several days，再回美时，still use F-1 status, 是否会有麻烦？
美CBP电脑系统是否 find that I already filed I-140?

I remenbered that someone said that only after filing 485 can show immigration intent.

filing I -140 doesn't 移民倾向,

Can I still apply for a F-1 visa in Canada?
