我刚刚了解到这个问题的严重性，我1月份申请的AP，一直没有动静，3月初离境回中国至今，4月份AP批准，寄到我美国的家中，我能够让家人把AP寄给我，然后我用AP入美国境吗？
-Techincally. no. You had better apply for the H1/h4 visa to come back. But if you do not have a choice, you may just use this AP to come back and hope the CBP office is not so strict. Of course, you have to prepare for the inadmission to enter US if the CBP is tough in this case.
