我是本科在美国读的，工作后单位给办的绿卡程序。办的是 EB-3, 在NSC. PD是2004年6月，虽说之后读了硕士（单位出钱），也没转EB－2，还是EB-3. 2007年7月交的I-140 和 I-485，同时申请了EAD 和 AP（批了，也一直续着）并且H1B 也一直申请并用着。2009年12月单位批准我 leave of absence for educational leave。我2010年1月到2011年8月去全职读书。今年6月我的PD终于current了, NSC 网上说要用四个半月才能办完。

现在EAD到2012年四月到期，H1B是这个单位的，到2013年过期。
是否可以暂用EAD让我开始找工作，
