我是请朋友去old address那儿去问的，现在住那儿的人说没有收到。如果说是退回了还好了，现在不知道是怎么回事，

-Try to find who signed the confiramtion sheet using the tracking number. Or ask your friend in US to call USPS to find who signed the confiramtion sheet and it is easy to find who signed it in US by calling.
