没见过的RFE-恳请8，PJ等老师们帮忙

EB2，PD10/6/06. 7/15 收到email说有RFE，今天律师终于收到信。全文如下：

USCIS acknowledges that the instant form I-485 adjustment application LINxxx was based on the 2^nd preference form I-140 visa petition LINxxx file on your behalf on xxx, 2006. USCIS records indicate that your spouse now has an approved 2^nd preference form I-140 LINxxx with an earlier priority date that affords you an available visa also. If you wish to transfer the basis of your adjustment application to the newly approved Form I-140, a request for conversion must be made in writing. If no response is received, USCIS will continue adjudicate of the instant Form I-485 based on your 2^nd preference I-140.

Please note that it is imperative that your response is received by this office in a timely manner to ensure continued processing, as a visa is currently available for your case.

”

背景：我老公是2003EB3。我2006file EB2. 随后我们都换工作。我现在是用工卡。老公refile EB2, I-140今年早些时候批了（that’s why it has “your spouse now has an approved 2^nd preference form I-140 LINxxx with an earlier priority date”）.老公I-140批下后看到我的排期到了就没有再 relink（或conversion）。

问题：

1.      1.怎么回信呢？是说continue 我的case， 还是conversion to 老公的？我担心我说从我这边继续，USCIS会不会接下去又问我要employment letter什么的（因为我换州，换工作了）？拖得更长呢？

2.       2.我换工作后，新单位不愿意做H-1我就用工卡了，也没有聘请律师。材料都在以前单位的律师那里。现在以前单位律师收到我的RFE，转给我，说如果让他们来回信，他们收$250--$500.请问我可以自己回个信吗？哪个好心人给写个模板呀？
