-It is very strange to me that USCIS has tracking number on the mail. If so, your mail will be returned to USCIS because you are not in US to sign the receipt of the mail (e.g. priority mail or registered mail). Normally USCIS send this kind of mail by First Class (without tracking#) and the post-man just drops your mail to your mail box in your living address.
我现在人还在国内，怎么办呢？
-Then, what address do you use for your I-485? If you have cancelled your living address in US, the USCIS mail will be returned to USCIS. Then, I do not know how you can get mail in this case (I have no a good suggestion).
