I remembered someone who had the same problem before had a post about this issue. He was very frustrated because he needed to re-apply under the same circumstance. Good luck! I think lawyers may have better opinions than doctors on this issue because according to Immigration Law, doctors must send the x-ray to Canadian Consulates for applicants. They do not have enough spaces and experiences to get you around the problem.
