老公  H-1 B transfer  prevailing wage上个月23日由学校寄出(华盛顿)，到现在一点消息也没有。说是2--4周，晕呀。有什么办法吗？

After getting the PWD online, the LCA can be filed online.See:

To file the LCA online, your employer/lawyer needs to create an account at this website:

http://icert.doleta.gov/

So, talk to your spouse's employer/lawyer to do what I suggest above and ignore the" H1B transfer  prevailing wage上个月23日由学校寄出(华盛顿)"
