皮匠老师 Please help-Company name changed, is an amended I140 needed

皮匠老师, thanks so much for your response last time...i still have a question about my situation:


Situation: Worked with Company A. Company A got acquired by Company B. Currently working for Company B. H1B and I 140 were filed and approved in name of Company A.


Question:Do I need to file an amended I140?
