Finnally I make USCIS envelope a little bit destoryed. ( The red bar is not complete at the left edge, the top bar first 30% destroyed)

-Talk to the post-man and they can generate a new bar code for you.

I have the copies of the USCIS envelope, now should I use the copied version or the little bit destroyed original one.

-Talk to the post-man and i have no idea about this kind of issue.

What is one earth to paste USCIS envelope? I saw indians said USCIS just want the red bar, thus they can process it quickly. Once they opened the envelope, they can have the bar code on the REF letter.

Can you please teach me what to do now?
