I plan to DIY H1 extention(of course with employer sign).  Is the renewal process same for applicant with current PD, i.e. fill in ETA9035E and I-129? I-129 is easy, but how to do ETA9035E?

2) Do I need to fax to State workforce agency to get prevailing wage or just get via their website (I already found the wage on SWA website)?

-SWA can not be used for PWD anymore (USCIS changed the rule in 2010). You need to get prevail wage determination (PWD) at this following website and the, fill the PWD in LCA application:
