Teacher Pijiang said to cut it and paste on big envelop for example using EMS.

-Just follow Pjiang's suggestions and put your documents inside the EMS envelop.

1. Should I paste USCIS envelope on the EMS label?

-Yes, but don't cover the identification code line on the EMS envelop (cut the USCIS label and paste it on the surface of the EMS one).

Does EMS allow me to do it?

-Fine.
