#8--选C 和 spouse? （先生是本地人）

Part 2---#13 I, THE SPONSOR 是我的名字还是我先生的名字？表格里被担保人是只写父亲或者母亲的？

-Put your name there (you are the sponsor, not your spouse) and sign your name in that part.

Part 3---#15， I, THE HOUSEHOLD MEMBER 是他的名字和签名？

-Yes. Put your spouse' name there and he needs to sign hios name there.
