公司是个小公司，老板老板娘不知听到什么风声，这几天忽然来找茬。因为公司条件简单，管理不完善，平时ld从同事那里拷贝数据都是用的自己的U盘。老板娘让领导当着她的面打开他的U盘，很容易的看到了公司的一两个文件。老板娘抓住不放，说要找律师告他。老板发信说要咨询律师，还说不能向美国政府隐瞒不符事实，公司不是用来申
请h1和green card的。言下之意要使坏水，破坏或收回h1和绿卡。
-The question is whether your LD used the data to do something illegally or violate the company regulations/interests. If he just used his personal U 盘 to copy the date and used the data for the company work (not bring/transfer the data out of the company), I don't think it will be a problem. If the boss wants to go to lawsuit, your LD may find a lawyer to prepare for it. Anyway, the boss has to have hard evidences to suit your LD. As for the green card, the boss has no right to cancel it after the green card was approved. If he wants to do that, it has to go to lawsuit in the immigration court and it is not easy for the boss to win. So, you do not need to worry about the green card issue at this point.
