父母的所有表格都我填的。

1）I--485 Part5 -Applicant's Statement  是选第一 （i can read n understand English)

还是第二(Interpreter'sStatement and signiture)?

2）最后一栏： Signature of person preparing Form, if Other Than Above 我都应该填我的名字和地址，签名吗？

其他表格的最后一栏也要注明是我帮他们填的表么？
