关于 EB2 申请 （Perm）

我在Master 学位之前在公司用CPT工作， 然后Master后OPT工作，十月后H1B工作。 公司律师说我只能用EB3 来申请绿卡，因为我在公司工作时还没有Master Degree.  我觉得我可以用 EB2来申请， 我现在的Job Title 公司以前给申请过EB2. 所以我对公司的律师说的很怀疑， 希望这里的明白人指点迷津， Many Thanks!!!
