什么情况下才能办140 amendment? 我现在的情况是140 approved, 但还没有递485。但公司可能要改名字了, 不知道是不是又要从事PERM重新办起:

-Not need a new PERM, no new advertsiement, and no new recruitment. Just file the I-140 amendment based on the old PERM.
