我的岗位要求是bachelor+5 yrs exp,GO TO LEVEL4是120K，我的老板也没挣到120K。公司律师说我只能改JOB REQUIRMENT TO LESS THAN 4 YRS AND GO TO EB3.而且她不清楚MASTER+2Yrs LEVEL会不会降到3（四年后达到LEVEL3的100K还有可能）。还有别的解决办法吗？

-You may talk to the lawyer whether the employer can change the job code/job title, but still keep the requirement of Bachelor plus 5 year or Master's degree so that you can use EB2. It seems this lawyer is not very experienced and I suspect she has chosen the wrong job code for you (it is impossible for a Bachelor plus 5 yr experince to get the wage higher than your boss).
