我是婚姻绿卡，应该下个月拿到临时绿卡，但是我现在身份为OPT （直到2013年过期，但是我还没更新，应该这个月RENEW）。
如果我拿到绿卡后，是否应该通知公司HR关于身份调整？

如果不通知他们，会不会有漏税的嫌疑？
-Your income tax has nothing to do with your employer. Even if you do not report your green card status to your employer, you still need to pay the income tax to IRS and your state based on resident tax from the date you get the GC, not non-resident tax anymore. If you don't, your GC will be invalid automatically.

-No. Even if you do not get the GC yet, USCIS will not approve your OPT extension because you have immigration intent (filing I-485).
