我是follow in上个月递交了485同时申请了AP，已经收到这个月底打指模的通知，我希望能打完指模就回大陆半年，我的问题是：

1、根据以往经验，我的情况打完指模后多久可以得到AP？

-Normally 3 months for AP approval. AP is irrlevant to 指模.

或绿卡？

-Background check and name check will take some time. case by case.

2、如果时间很长，我是不是要申请紧急AP，那如何申请紧急AP？

-Bring the AP receipt and the emergency evidences to local office.

需要什么条件？

-have to have real emergency reasons such as family in China has serious illness, etc.

3、持AP，和紧急AP可以回国多久？

-Same as the regular AP-valid for one year.
