-the latest one year with the I-140, and then, the employer needs to provide this kind of information each year until you get the green card.

company was established in 2003. we've not filed 2010 corp tax return yet,

-You mean 2011 tax return, don't you? By the way, your employer needs to provide this information, not you. You just need to provide teh copy of your recent paycheck stubs (e.g. 3 to 6 months), if available.

so does company's own 2010 financials enough?

Do I need to submit the certified copy of Financials from CPA firm or corp tax returns from past years are fine?

My wife is in H4 now, if she finds an employer to sponsor her a H1B now, when she can start to work?

is it 2011 Oct 1st or 2012 Oct 1st? 

- Can be Oct. 1, 2011 if the H1 is approved.

Can she start to work during case pending?

-No. She can only work after the H1 petition to be approved.

Do I need Canada temporary resident visa to visit Canada if my visit is less than 30 days?
