-Bring the GC, passort to the local office to see whether she can get the stamp on the passport. Normally the lcoal office may ask your child to file I-90 replacement first and get the I-90 filing receipt to get the stamp. So, you have to explain that your child need to go to China urgently and no time to get the repalcement, and ask them to put the green card stamp.
