回复：485 pending时用B1入境，绿卡是不是就无效了？

去年归了。今年2月和5月因国内的公司出差到美国2次，用新申请的B1入的境。这两天绿卡下来了

有朋友说我的绿卡是无效的：

首先我当初就不应该取得B1签证（因为485pending,移民倾向），不过因为新的DS-160不像DS-156会问有没有file immigration visa petition,签证官也没问，系统估计也不联网，所以就没被拒

-Because USCIS still approved your I-485 even if after you used B1 visa to enter US, your green card is valid unless you use any non-immigration visa to enter US after you got the green card.

另外，就是如果我在485 pending的时候用B类签证入境了，我的485就应该被拒，不过估计没联网的原因所以也没catch到。

有权威的说法和出处么？

下次入境我应该用绿卡还是B1？

-You have to use the green card to enter US from the date you got it and you can not stay in China for more than one year continuously without reentry permit. Otherwise, your green card will be cancelled automatially.
