我的情况是这样的： 劳工是主申请人，EB2, 我们2007年7月递交的485，我renew EAD 时，categoy 填写的是C9, 应该没错吧？

现在我是不是要交劳工的I-140, I-485的复印件，再加上结婚公证复印件就可以了？

-Correct. Provide your I-485 receipt also even if you has provided it with the EAD application.

 我的结婚公证书是2001年在国内办的，还有效吗？

-Yes. You used it for your I-485 filing, did you?
