关H-4签证的理由

我的H-1B十月一日生效，老婆在国内工作，不久要去签H-4。她现在有两种打算：（1）长时间停薪留职；（2）可能有机会外派到他们单位在美国的办事处（不过在她签证前可能还确定不了）。

若是签证官问她如何处理现在国内的工作以及来美国这边做什么，她该如何回答？
