回复：EOS 改变了Staus吗？

本人在I-485 Pending期间用AP入境，拿到写有“AOS”的I-94。后又拿到2011至2014年的H-1B extention approval notice with I-94 card valid from 11/1/2011。

据说我的H-1B can be reinstated by EOS after using AP，请问各位老师，是不是如果我不再出境，我的Status也会在11/1/2011自动回到H-1B？

还是必须使用另一种解释：Status以最后一次入境的I-94为准，则我必须再出境并用H-1B I-94入境才能回到H-1B Status。

-This is not contradictory to "Status以最后一次入境的I-94为准" in your case because your new H1 I-94 will be effective on 11/1/2011, after you entered US using AP, so this new H1 I-94 is the "最后一次 I-94" which overides your "AOS/paolee I-94". Please note that "最后一次 I-94" is counted from the I-94 effective date. Although most of time the I-94 effective date is the I-94 issue date, sometimes these two are not the same such as that in your case.

Of course, if you use the AP again after  11/1/2011, then your status will be Parolee/AOS again
