回复：AP过期，十万火急！请教PJIANG和86老师

我们现在是职业绿卡485 pending，先生拿AP回国，入美国时被发现AP过期，拒绝入境。原来上次他用的时候，机场的移民官在上面盖章，写着11-2011 过期，原来AP签发时写的是6-2011过期， 我老公以为意新的有效期11-2011为准，结果被拒绝入境，3小时候后就被迫搭飞机离开美国， 我们正在十分着急，

这次的错误是否会影响我们的485 申请，

-If your spouse's status is L or H before he left, his I-485 will be safe and he can apply for the H1/H4 or L1/L2 visa to come back. Otherwise, hard to say, but hope the I-485 is OK.

他们在老公d的材料是写的是自动撤销入境申请，并不是遣返。这有什么区别吗

-It is big difference. "自动撤销入境申请" has not affect anything in the future,but "遣返" will affect future entry seriously.
