Thanks. still one question. we plan not submit new 485, but this 485 is based on my 140, and his department has been spinned off to another company. so, without 140 amendment, can his 485 be approved based on the approved 140 from company A? Or once 140 amendment is submitted, his 485 can't be approved before the amendment is approved? The key point is whether 140 amendment should be submitted. Thanks for help.
