1。 在ping jiang 老师的“手把手帮着填 I-485 和 G-325A”专栏中的有关suppoort document checklist 有一条：All copies of USCIS approval notices （在美国境内调整过身份或延期）;
我们是十年前从加拿大以TN到美国，有过短暂的调正身份如从TN 到 B2 到 TN 到 H1-B等，我们是否需要交所有这些approval notices?还是仅最后的H1-B approval notice?
2。 所交的翻译公证文件中还要翻译 人的certificate 吗？ 在移民局的网站 I-485 instruction 中有关 Translation: Any document containing a foreign language submitted to USCIS shall be accompanied by a full English language translation which the translator had certified as complete and accurate, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English。 如何理解？一些文件都是过去做的， 都没有翻译人或公证人的certificate, 只有章戳，行吗？
