其实我拿到了两个相同领域的offer，一个公司的律师说，因为是竞争对手，我现公司可能会

revoke I140，这样PD不能保留，

-I do not agree with it, but indeed there are different opinions in this issue.

无法延期6年后，

-Extend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit before you change your job so that you may have another 3 year H1 to go.

然后收回了offer，另外一个公司的律师，回避PD carry over的问题。让我很是郁闷。。
