父母（65+）以B2身份在美国，我毎年有一万左右收入，家里主要收入靠我老公，他毎年收入十几万。我们共同报税。
我的问题是：

2)父母申请表可放同一个大信封（里面有各自的小信封）寄去USCIS,还是需要各自信封？
3)父母申请表放同一个大信封（里面有各自的小信封），证明材料（如报税表，出生证明等）
需要一份还是两份？给父亲提供一份，给母亲提供一份。
