今天刚收到I-140补件的Deny的信，说是公司2001年的税上的不够！我们之前补件的时候已经做了说明。而且2001年这都差了10年了，为什么呀？若我们上诉还有希望吗？叩谢了！这移民之路看来要走上绝路了！伤心，绝望，因为我们都已经来了13年了，看看我们两口子是不是特别笨呀！
-Based on the immigration law, the sponsor only needs to prove the ability to pay from the date when the PERM is filed to the date when the I-485 is approved. So, if your PERM was filed after 2001, your employer/sponsor should not need to provide the company's financial document for your case. Then, you may talk to the lawyer to file I-140 Motion to Reopen/Reconsideration or file Appealing.
