In your I-140 approval notice, under "notice type" you would see:

Section: Mem of Profession w/Adv Deg, or of Exceptn'l Ability. Sec. 203 (b) (2)

-This is EB2; 

or

Section: Skilled Worker or Professinal, Sec 203(b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii)

-This is EB3.

另外请问：I-140 上面列的"notice date" 和 "receipt date" 能用来调小孩的年龄吗？

-The approval date - receipt date = Pending days. The pending days of the I-140 can be used to 调小孩的年龄.
