worker's compesation and green card application

I had worker injury two years ago and taking reward from the carrier insurance. Today, I got a letter form the insurance asking me to sign Agreement Pursuant to Sec32 of the WC law.I don't know if I sign the agreement and take the money will give trouble in green card application. My hu*****and filed Eb2 and got 140 approval two years ago. This occupational disease injury is going to keep me from work, but I don't want it give me further trouble.
