什么是NVC fee notice 啊？

-This is immigration visa (IV) application process fee (apply for the IV outside US using consular processing) and it has nothing to do with the PD. If you file I-485 in US,  nothing is related to you im this issue.

有国人 PD 在 2008 或2007末的收到过这个notice 没？
