问8老师关于入籍问题

8老师，本人2009-2010持临时婚姻绿卡2年，去年转正至今 （原打算今年年底满三年后入籍）。刚才看到N-400 instruction要求"you have been married to and living with the same US citizen for the last three years" 由于工作关系我5个月前转到了外州，和老公不住在一起，请问这种情况符合入籍申请要求吗？如果不符合，有什么解决办法吗？ 感谢您的帮助
