 如果公司的名字只是稍有变动，可不可以先打广告，在以后的 PERM 或I-140 的时候作个AMENDMENT 来解释一下公司收购和变名的情况？

 

-Yes, your LD has to wait until the EB2 I-140 is approved, and then file I-140 amendment. So, if the company will be changed to a new owner quickly, your LD had better not do the EB2 until the company 被收购后.

(急着办EB-2的原因是公司如果被收购后，新管理层一定会把刚涨上的工资砍下去，甚至解雇一些人，时间不由得人等)

-如果在公司被收购后, the salary will be reduced below the prevail wage level or your LD will be laid off, then the EB2 I-140 is useless. So it sill does not matter to do the EB2 sooner or later.
