1。这种EB3=>EB2，PERM 会不会一定被AUDIT？

-Depends on the advertisement and recruitment, yoru spouse' qualifications, etc. The new EB2 postition has to require Master's degree or Bachelor plus at least 5 years working experience. Your LD had better hire a lawyer to deal with this issue.

2。如果会，我们是不是要换一个工作的TITLE就可以避免AUDIT了？(或其他什么办法可以避免AUDIT)

3，现在这个公司正在被转卖(换OWNERSHIP)等等，有什么还要注意的(为了把EB2 I-140 办成)？

-Had better do the EB2 after the 转卖 finishes. Your spouse can use the EB3 priority date (PD) as the EB2 PD, so it does not matter to file the EB2 some time  later.
