H1身份，485pending，

在amazon和ebay上做着生意不到一年，还没到报税的时候，这样会不会影响拿绿卡。

-If you have EAD, you are fine. If no, you may have violated the H1 status rule because online business may be considered as self-employment. Thus, if you have done this business for > 180 days, your I-485 may be denied.

现在很后悔，担心为挣这点小钱把绿卡给葬送了。

请大家给点建议，有什么补救措施吗？

-You have better go outside to get the H1 visa to come back before USCIS find your problem unless you have had EAD during your business online.
