网上看到需要付费，AOS Fee 和 IV Fee,我只交过420块钱，之后就没有收到任何信件说需要付费，是不是信件遗漏了？

-NVC will send you a notice for what fee you should pay. You had better not pay any fee until NVC ask for it in case it messes up.
