再问8老师上边第2个问题,在I140批准后和可以用EAD（EB2 BASED）工作之间大概几年？

-No time limit. As long as you have a job, you can continue to renew your TN until you file I-485. In other words, your I-140 filing has nothign to do with your TN renewal.

如果期间大于三年，肯定要renewTN,被拒怎么办呢？

-Normally you should not hav a problem to get the TN renewal approved unless you violate the status rule. This question is common to eveyone, not just TN holder. So, I don't think you need to worry too much.

所以说不可以的人（包括我问的律师）都是顾虑这个问题。请8老师详细解释。

另外从perm到I485所有的环节，有没有可能只提供5年之内的工作材料？不涉及以前的？

-You only need to provide your status proof from the date your last/lastest entry with TN or other non-immigration status until the date your filing I-485. For example, you had been US for 3 years, but you went outside US and re-entered US with a new TN I-94 on May 31, 2011 and today you file I-485, then, you only provide the status proof such as TN-94/TN approval notice from May 31 until today

-USCIS only care about whether you work illegally or other violation of status, not care about whether you filed tax return each year which is IRS'business unless you are a green card holder.
