因为国内有事要急于回国，但已经递交485并收到Receipt Notice（I-797），无奈只好等待，想明确下我什么情况下可以离美？

-You have to get the AP before you laeve US. Otherwise, you may have big trouble. If you are in emergency, you just go to the local office to apply for the emergency AP. 

是不是我打了指模就可以离美回国等？AP和绿卡让家人寄回国，回美时持绿卡入境就行了？谢谢。
